AWS Devops Intern - 2025/2026 Graduates only

We are looking for a highly motivated SRE Intern to support our reliability and infrastructure engineering efforts. You will work closely with senior engineers to maintain scalable, secure, and highly available systems while gaining hands-on experience with modern cloud-native technologies.

Title : AWS Devops Intern / Site Reliability Engineering Intern

Location : Remote work

Work Employment Type: 6 Month Internship followed by PPO

Work Timings : 24*7 Rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and maintaining cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring high availability and performance
• Support Kubernetes-based deployments using EKS and containerized workloads (Docker)
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline setup and optimization using GitHub Actions
• Work with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform for provisioning and managing resources
• Monitor system performance and reliability using observability tools (e.g., Datadog or similar)
• Troubleshoot production issues, participate in incident response, and perform root cause analysis (RCA)
• Collaborate with development teams to improve system reliability, scalability, and deployment processes
• Assist in implementing security best practices across infrastructure and applications
• Participate in on-call/rotation shifts to support production environments

Required Skills (Foundational)

• 6 Months of AWS services: EKS, VPC Networking, IAM, SQS, and Security fundamentals
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools (preferably GitHub Actions)
• Exposure to Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills
• Basic understanding of incident management and monitoring concepts

Preferred / Advanced Skills

• Experience or exposure to API gateways like Kong
• Working knowledge of Python or Bash scripting
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Datadog or similar)
• Understanding of service mesh technologies like Istio
